Hairy_wolf has been on since 7pm and I did not receive IM notification. I just checked MY CAMs and his circle is Green so I checked too see if I receive email notification, which I did, but no IM. Please check too see why IM is not working. I ran Test on IM and I received notification, but still have not receive Hairy_wolf's IM notification.

Notification is very fickle I received Jim's 7pm notifications (IM and email), but did not receive his 11pm notifications last  night.
http://www.cam4.com/__jimjock has been on since 9:52 and I still haven't received notification he is online. So I have missed over and hour of broadcast.

STILL not getting notifications.  Also, test of my email FAILED -- nothing received.

Is this being worked on?

Just did a test and everything works great. Please check your spam folder or if your email address is correct.

Rickherestl (Dec 14, 2015 8:00:19 AM) was online this morning and I did not get IM nor email notification. Rick was also online at 6pm on Dec 12 and I did not get notification.  Willley (Dec 14, 2015 3:55:05 PM) was online this early evening and I did not get IM notification, but I just checked my emails his was there. IM and email notification is a hit or miss situation with MY CAMS Broadcasters now I check every morning and evening on all my Broadcasters too see if they are online. I have bookmarked all Broadcasters too make a quick work on checking their status.

A very few notifications have gotten though. Most appear not to be (scarlet swede for example). Intermittent reliability.

I tested my account's email address from another email account. Works fine.
I tested it again using Camnotifier's email test function. NOT working, at least not today.

Please check my email address here to see if it's a type still supported by internal Camnotifier applications.
Up until the last week or so, it's almost always worked fine here.

I have a similar situation;  i will receive some (not all) email notifications, but not IM notification.

We have abandoned support for the current notification algorithm while working on a new and improved solution that should be available in a short time.

When can we reasonably expect rectification of this lingering issue?

Am I the only one affected by it? Are just a few affected? Is it affecting all CN members?

We should have the new notification system in use by the first half of January. The issues seems to affect mainly the cam4 notification, other providers such as chaturbate are more stable and have better service than cam4.

camfuze should have no problem whatsoever, please try with a different email address or use a RSS feed Monitor. Do check the Test email functionality.

Thanks, my top 4 broadcasters seem to be coming through IM. This is my first time hearing of camfuze I like cam4.

Found a clue: Camnotifier isn't able to send notifications to my text message address (e.g., [email protected]) anymore. It was working fine until about 2 or so weeks ago. Test emails from here to that address do not get through (even though it tells me "Email test was sent"). Any idea what happened?  

Test emails from here to my yahoo or AOL addresses do work, however.

Yes, this has happened before. We are using amazon SES to send realtime notification emails. If amazon cannot connect or cannot send the email to the specified email address it will blacklist the email address.

Drop an email to [email protected] with the email address that you have issues with and I will remove it from the black list.

Are you still using Amazon SES? Is that the new system?
