I paid for a 1-year membership on 8/4/16 and am now being told I'm still a basic member??

Hi and thank you for your suport. Unfortunately we had to fix this manually.

We have also extended your premium membership in order to reflect the whole 1 year period.

Okay, I see that I'm considered premium now but I've still not been getting email notifications.  Does this site not work anymore?

The stats say that the system is fully functional. I had a look at your monitoring list and a lot of cams have the notification disabled, only a handful of them are actually monitored. Seems that your last notification was sent 11 hours ago. Can you please provide additional info? When did you received your last notification?

Yes, I am receiving maybe one or two notifications per day (always for the same couple of guys).  I used to get 20-30 notifications per day.  I never disabled any notifications??  It seems as though your site disabled all but 10 notifications for me when it mysteriously took me off premium & then never re-enabled them for me once you put me back on premium.  I just had to go through and manually fix everything myself.

I see that you have already did that. Simply:
  1. Sort your webcam list by Notify? column so you will get first all webcams that have the notification disabled
  2. Use the Select column to select multiple webcams for which you would like to enable the notification
  3. Apply a mass action: Enable notification button to change the notification for all selected cams
  4. Do the same for the rest of the remaining cams.
This happens when you lose your premium status and become a standard user. This is why is best to keep your subscription at all times active.

If you'll recall, my subscription was active but was downgraded to 'basic' for no apparent reason.  Anyway, thanks for the help. Hopefully it'll stay working this time.

Yes, I recall, hopefully that was fixed a few days back when we did a few tests and reconfigured CCBill API. Thank you!
